Grand Louis – Bordeaux White AOC

Location: Bordeaux grapes are selected for the highest varietal expression of Sauvignon Blanc.

Soil: Clay and Limestone

Wine: 75% Sauvignon Blanc and 25% Semillon

Alcohol: 12% by Volume

Vinification: The fresh, fruity characteristics of the grapes are maintained in this wine by utilizing cold maceration at 55 degrees in stainless steel vats, followed by temperature controlled fermentation on the lees.

Tasting Notes: The color is clear, translucent of a golden-yellow hue. The nose is expressive and reminds of lemon, apple and gooseberry. In the mouth it is a pretty, sweet wine, greedy for your palate.

Food Pairings: Serve as an aperitif, with seafood, goat cheese or chicken.


Grand Louis – Bordeaux Red AOC

Location: Grapes from the Bordeaux region are selected from vineyard plots with the most potential for the expression of fresh fruit.

Soil: Clay and Limestone

Wine: 60% Merlot and 40% Cabernet Sauvignon

Alcohol: 12.5% by Vol.

Vinification: In order to preserve the fresh fruit flavors from the grapes, a portion of this wine is fermented and micro-oxygenated in stainless steel vats at low temperature. After malolactic fermentation, the wine is then blended with elections that are vinified traditionally.

Tasting Notes: This wine has a dark red dress with light copper highlights. The nose has aromas of red fruits and spices. In the mouth it proves well-structured, with the tannins of Cabernet Sauvignon.

Food Pairings: Perfect for barbecues and Bordeaux by-the-glass.


Grand Louis – Bordeaux Rose AOC

Location: These Bordeaux grapes are selected from the vineyard plots with the most potential for the express of fresh fruit.

Soil: Clay and Limestone

Wine: 87% Cabernet and 13% Merlot

Alcohol: 12% by Volume

Vinification: In order to preserve the fresh fruit flavors from the grapes, a portion of this wine is fermented and micro-oxygenated in stainless steel vats at low temperature.

Tasting Notes: This wine is bright pink. Nose reminds of raspberries and currants. On the palate it is fresh and easy to drink. This wine is a pleasure to drink!

Food Pairings: Perfect wine for spring and summer meals. Great with salads, Asian and Indian food dishes.
