DRINK OF THE MONTH
JACK ROSE
1 oz. Lemon juice
1/2 oz. Grenadine
2 oz. Laird's AppleJack
Dash of egg white, if desired
Shake well with ice and strain into a cocktail glass, or serve over ice.
JERSEY GIRL
1 1/2 oz. Laird’s
AppleJack
1 oz. Cointreau
1/2 oz. Fresh lime juice
2 dashes of cranberry juice
Shake well with ice and strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a lime wedge.
APPLEJACK OLD FASHIONED
Stir 1/2 tsp. sugar, 2 dashes of bitters and a splash of club soda in an old fashion glass until the sugar is dissolved. Add ice cubes and 1 1/2 oz. Laird's AppleJack. Stir and garnish with an orange slice and a cherry.
TIDAL WAVE
Pour 1 1/2 oz. Laird's AppleJack over ice in a tall glass. Add 4 oz. orange juice with a splash of cranberry juice. Garnish with an orange slice.
CRANJACK
Pour 1 1/2 oz. Laird’s AppleJack over ice in a tall glass. Add 4 oz. of club soda with a splash of cranberry juice. Garnish with lime if desired.
APPLEJACK MANHATTAN
2 oz. Laird's AppleJack
1 oz. Sweet vermouth
Dash of bitters
Gently stir with ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Add cherry.
APPLEJACK SOUR
1 oz. lemon juice
1 tsp. sugar
2 oz. Laird's AppleJack
Shake well with ice and strain into a sour glass. Add cherry and orange slice.
PINK LADY APPLE
1 1/2 oz. Laird's AppleJack
1/2 oz. Gin
3/4 oz. Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
1/2 oz. Pomegranate Grenadine
1 Egg White or 3/4 oz. Pasteaurized Egg White
Shake well with ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a Pink Lady Apple Slice.
Jumping Jack
1 1/2 oz. Laird's AppleJack
1 oz. Chilled Espresso
1/2 oz. Cinnamon Syrup
Gently stir with ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a heavy cream float.
Jack Maple Egg Nog
2 oz. Laird's AppleJack
2 oz. Heavy Cream
3/4 oz. Maple Syrup
1 Whote Egg
1 Dash Fee's Aromatic Bitters
Shake well and strain into a mug and garnish with freshly grated nutmeg.
