Laird’s Triple Distilled Irish Whiskey

Laird’s Irish Whiskey is a blend of the finest grain whiskeys from across Ireland. Triple distilled in pot stills, the whiskey is then aged for a minimum of three years in once used American oak bourbon barrels. Empty Laird’s Apple Brandy barrels are shipped from the Laird’s facility in New Jersey to the Emerald Isle to further finish the whiskey.  After careful monitoring of the barrel finishing process, the whiskey is shipped to New Jersey and bottled at 80 proof.

The result is a truly remarkable blend of Irish Whiskey and Apple Brandy flavors that will leave you wanting more.

 


 

Laird’s Straight Kentucky Bourbon Whiskey

Our production team first selects barrels to be aged for our 5-year Kentucky Bourbon. The extra aging imparts mellow, charred oak flavors, along with hints of brown sugar and caramel. After five-years of aging, barrels  were  selected to be transferred into recently emptied Apple Brandy barrels for a final finish.

The result is a truly remarkable and unique blend of Bourbon and Apple  Brandy flavors that will leave you wanting more.

Our five-year aged Kentucky Corn Whiskey is perfectly suited to benefit from a final rest in our Apple Brandy barrels. Corn whiskey, the core whiskey in all Bourbon, harmoniously absorbs the subtle vanilla, black pepper, apple and citrus flavors. After additional aging, the whiskey transforms into a more complex spirit with layers of aromas and flavors.

Laird’s Straight Corn Whiskey is truly unique. There is no other whiskey like it. Bottled at 100 proof.
