Wine: 100% Semillon
Alcohol: 12% by Vol.
Vinification: Racking liquor is made with sugar, wine and yeast to obtain the bubbles. The bottles are aged for 12-months in an underground limestone gallery under controlled temperatures.
Tasting Notes: Pleasant and long taste of ripe red apples, a little yeast, brioche and elegant citrus. Nice roundabout and good balance.
Food Pairings: Enjoy a bottle of Fort de Rauzan for Sunday brunch or parties all year! Serve as an aperitif, with fish, chips and desserts.
