The family Vermouth recipes have been passed down from generation to generation and remain a secret. This Spanish aperitif is made with carefully selected Airen grapes, which undergo two months of maceration with a secret formula of natural, aromatic herbs to produce a harmonious and delicate Vermouth.
COLOR: Clear with overtones of straw.
TASTING NOTES: A well-balanced nose which reveals aromas of sweet flowers, citrus and a hint of vanilla.
On the palate it is fresh and lively, The acidity and sugars blend with fresh herbs of thyme and chamomile to create a perfectly balanced aperitif.
