1 1/2 oz. Laird’s Applejack 1/2 oz. Lazzaroni Amaretto 1/2 oz. Spiced honey Apple cider Pear slice Mix all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice. Garnish with a pear slice.
